  2. Certified true copy of tax declaration
  3. Current real property tax declaration
  4. Barangay clearance (as needed)
  5. Zoning clearance and locational clearance
  6. Fire clearance
  7. Other clearance (from denr, doh, ato, etc. (as needed))
  8. Consent of neighbors (as needed)
